A simple wall bar made tonights best training equipment! Step up, grab hold at a bar by the hips and tens up, keeping your body close to the wall. Feet off the floor and even though it looks like my chin is resting on a bar it’s actually not. The point is to maintain static tension through the whole body for 10-20 seconds, 3-4 sets with one to two minutes rest. If you can hang longer than that put on a weightbelt and reduce the time.
